Rescued turkey vulture Ruby V has arrived at her new home at Point Defiance Zoo! She is joining our Animal Ambassadors team at the Wild Wonders Outdoor Theatre. Animal Ambassadors are vital in inspiring empathy and conservation action among our Zoo guests.

Get your tickets and meet Ruby V April 22-23 in the Wild Wonders animal exercise area from noon to 2 pm, and watch her demonstrate many of her natural behaviors.  At 12:30 pm on both days, chat with one of her keepers and observe a training session.
