Is there anything special I need to bring?
To maximize public safety we strictly adhere to state Covid-19 guidelines. All participants must wear appropriate facial coverings at all times, social distancing will be maintained between staff and program participants, and we will thoroughly wash hands before and after the experience.
Groovy Goats participants are required to wear close-toed shoes. We recommend you wear clothes that can get a bit dusty and to dress for the weather, as we will be outdoors and exposed to the elements.
Will I get a refund if I need to cancel, and can I reschedule after booking?
No refunds are given for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the program date. For cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the program date an 80% refund will be given. A 20% rescheduling fee will be charged for program changes. PDZA reserves the right to cancel any program due to animal care needs, inclement weather, or other factors. In the event that PDZA cancels a program, we will attempt to reschedule or all program fees will be refunded.
Where do I meet the tour?
Meet your tour guide at the Group Admissions gate to the left of the main entrance. Please plan to be 10 minutes early to the experience, to allow for traffic, parking and other potential delays. You are welcome to explore the rest of the Zoo after your tour.
What else do I need to know?
All experiences are limited to members of the same household, with a maximum of 5 participants per experience. Participants must be at least 5 years old for Groovy Goats and 8 years old for Pacific Seas Aquarium Behind-the-Scenes. At least one adult must be present with each household group.
