Purchase or renew a membership between November 25–28 to receive two bonus daytime admission tickets. These are in addition to your regular member benefits and are not added guest passes. Each admission ticket is valid for one year from the date of purchase and can be used for your own visit or given as a gift to family or friends. This limited-time offer applies to memberships purchased online, in person, or by phone during the Cyber Week promotion period.

If you purchase a membership between November 25^th and November 28^th, your guest passes will be attached to your purchase confirmation email.

The admission tickets can be given to anyone you wish; a friend, a family member, a coworker, or you can even save them for yourself to use.  These tickets expire 12 months from the date of purchase and are good for general admission entry for our daytime operation; they are not valid for specially ticketed events.

You may either print your admission tickets from the PDF attachment and give the physical copy to someone, or you may forward the PDF attachment to the recipient so they may use them digitally.

Memberships will be automatically discounted at the advertised offer from Nov. 25- Dec. 1. Discounted prices will show at checkout.

Yes. You will need to purchase each membership as a separate transaction.

Yes, you can purchase a membership as a gift (new or renewal). If your recipient already has a current membership, you will need to renew it. Please do not create a new one. If you do not have their membership identification (ID) number, or are unsure if they have a current membership, please contact our membership services team at 253.404.3635.

When purchasing a membership as a gift online, please enter your recipient’s information under the pass information, and your information under the payment information. We’ll email the membership confirmation only to the billing contact email.

The membership begins when it’s purchased. If it’s a renewal of a current membership, the membership will be extended for one year (plus one bonus month) from the current expiration date.

We do not mail membership cards. You will receive a temporary member card pdf attached to the emailed confirmation. This can be used until you pick up your permanent cards at your convenience.
