You will receive an emailed quote within 2-3 business days once the request is processed by zoo staff.
Payment is due 2 weeks in advance of your visit. Afterward, you will receive your tickets.

You may purchase additional tickets at the front gate on the day of your visit at the discounted group rate. Unused tickets are valid for 1 year from purchase date. Please note that all sales are final; there are no refunds for tickets.
