Programs for Young Children
Critter Club is a series of programs just for tots ages 3 and 4. These programs take place on scheduled Thursdays and Fridays and feature a fun story, hands-on animal biofacts, great crafts and a special animal surprise.
Fees: $8 per child with Point Defiance Zoo Society membership, $10 per child without membership, with pre-registration. Fees will now be collected at the time of pre-registration. $12 per child without pre-registration. Maximum program size is 20 children. Without pre-registration we cannot guarantee that space will be available on program day. We reserve the right to turn non-registered participants away to maintain program quality.
Location: Education Center. All programs begin promptly at 11:00 am. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early to accommodate the check-in process.
Registration: Pre-registration is not required, but is highly encouraged. Please call (253) 591-5333 to register.

Check-in Process: The reservationist will collect the fee during the pre-registration process, and check-in on the day of the program at the main entrance gate. Walk-ins can register and pay (dependent upon available space in program) at the main entrance gate. Please be aware that without pre-registration we cannot guarantee space in any program. An adult is required to accompany a child for the duration of the program.
