Have you ever wondered what it’d be like to be a zookeeper, marine biologist, or zoo veterinarian? Well now is your chance during Career Day on Sat. Nov. 9! Staff Biologists will talk about their jobs and participants will observe presentations on training and animal enrichment. Behind-the-scenes tours will also be offered but space is limited. Students in 6th grade through the university level will receive FREE admission to the Zoo that day. Students under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Pre-registration is not required but students (including those with zoo memberships) must check in with Career Day staff before getting their tickets at the admissions window. Check-in begins at 9:30 am.
